Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your BookNest order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at booknest.us@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different design, the quickest option is to return your eligible item and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
